Here are some examples of two-sided documents:
- Flyers
- Business Cards
- Forms
- Brochures
- Postcards
When setting up your 2-sided documents for commercial offset printing, define the Number of Pages: as 2 for every item in your project and deselect the Facing Pages checkbox in the Page Setup/New Document dialog box of your layout program as follows:
Adobe® InDesign® New Document Dialog Box
If you are including multiple items in one document, all pages should be totaled in the Number of Pages: field. For example, if you are laying out four 2-sided business cards in the same document, set the Number of Pages: to 8. Do not put more than one item on each document page. If for instance you are using a common back or front for many items, this common item should be put on a single page. Do not put multiple items on one document-page, let your printer do all imposition work for your job.
